All our packages are marked with the return address of our printing partner, so that if the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, misprint, defective), it will go to them. Please make sure you return it to the address marked on your package. Please shoot us an email before returning products at co@pilotmade.com so we know whats up.

All of our designs are printed on demand and shipped out of North Carolina so please make sure you pick the right size and color. Our manufacturer will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. In the event that the sizing is horribly off and you need a different size, please contact us and we’ll try to work something out.

Pilotmade apparel is printed on 4.3oz 100% combed, ringspun cotton. Depending on availability, we may print on American Apparel 2001, Bella+Canvas 3001, or Next Level 3600 tees.
